We suggest that the pest control is done after all trades people have completed their jobs (painting, carpet laying, landscaping and final clean up). Preferably one or two days prior to moving in.

There is no need to wash utensils if it is kept in sealed plastic bags during the treatment. If kitchen articles are kept open during treatment, it has be washed with dish wash liquid before using. Cupboards should be wiped out with dry disposable cloth. Counter tops should be thoroughly cleaned before preparing any food on them.

No it will not. The gel / paste is only applied to areas where insects congregate or harbour, like cracks, crevices or hinges.

No, the emulsion we spray does not stain. It’s a water based residual spray that doesn’t contain strong solvents which might affect coloring or finishes.

Access to room edges is necessary to spray along skirting´s. Therefore clothing articles, magazines, toys etc. should be moved off the ground. All food items should be cleared from bench and table tops.

Pests like dogs or Cats should also be away for minimum 5 to 6 hrs.

We are using government-approved pest control chemicals which are 100% safe. However, we recommend staying away from treatment areas for 4-5 hrs. Based on each treatment, our specialists will advise you about the required safety measures.
